The right inguinal region. Anterior structures : external oblique and its large fascia, internal oblique and transverse muscle; the spermatic cord. Posterior structures : femoral vessels and nerve, epigastric vessels, testicular vessels, vas deferens.
The inguinal ligament separating the anterior and posterior structures. The muscular fibers of the cremaster muscle take their origin from the internal oblique muscle.


The deep inguinal orifice is constituted by the fibers of the transverse muscle.
The fascia of the spermatic cord comes from the fascia transversalis.
